Our team excels in running commercial processes, whether it is a supply contract necessary to get an infrastructure project to FID, management of a transaction or investment process or offtake for a P-t-X plant.

Complex projects

We have deep experience in setting up and managing projects or programmes that do not fit into standard models for projects. We have excellent experience in setting up smaller projects, falling short of commercial scale, using novel technology, or having many stakeholder with different interests.

We have strong capabilities in supply chain contracts, JV/partnerships contracts (SHA, SPAs), feedstock and offtake agreements. We assist clients with business development elements of infrastructure projects or partnerships. In this way we ensure alignment and correlation with respect to driving a commercial process of e.g. biomass supply contract, and the assumptions in the business model, or ensuring that a partnership is set-up in a way that conforms with the strategy and positions our clients for success.

We can act as owners representative or support the representatives of our clients in their ongoing infrastructure projects. We focus on ensuring that the projects act in a way that will achieve the expected returns.
